Our training center is located in Mompía, Cantabria, with quick access from the A-67 highway and easy parking in the area, in a quiet environment with large green areas. There is also a FEVE suburban train stop (stop: Mortera) less than 5 minutes away on foot.
Normally, conventional gyms are closed spaces with little natural light, they are crowded and full of machines and equipment that make the feeling of training associated with an unpleasant and even stressful experience. We totally distance ourselves from that concept.
In contrast, our center is a new concept. A space with a careful design, modern and cozy, decorated with all kinds of details to make you feel at ease. No waiting to use a machine. We do not have.
With the idea of continuing to improve, in April 2019 we expanded our facilities and now we have 2 completely differentiated training rooms, but each of them has been designed to carry out specific training and jobs. Both with large windows overlooking the outside to have the feeling of being outdoors.
Our hours are from Monday to Friday from 8 in the morning with uninterrupted hours until 9:00 p.m. (Check availability of schedules in hola@soulescuelademovimiento.com)
